To be eligible for a return, jewelry must be in its original condition, which means it should be unworn, unaltered, and undamaged. The integrity and quality of the jewelry must be maintained to qualify for a return. Additionally, all returns must be brought to our store for inspection and processing.

3. Refund Process

If the return is approved, we offer a full refund or an exchange for another item of equal value. Refunds will be processed within 3-5 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item. This ensures that the refund is handled promptly and efficiently.

4. Exceptions

Please note that custom-made or personalized jewelry cannot be returned, as these pieces are specifically tailored to your preferences. Additionally, any jewelry that has been damaged or altered by the customer is not eligible for return, as this compromises the item’s original condition.

5. Quality Assurance

We stand by the quality of our products, guaranteeing that our gold jewelry is of 21kt purity. This assurance reflects our commitment to providing high-quality and authentic jewelry to our customers.

6. Cash Back Policy

For customers opting for resale, 1500 rs per gram will be deducted from the current rate on the net weight of the jewelry. Additionally, the weight of any stones and beads will be deducted from the total resale value.

7. Return Policy

Customers are required to bring the original receipt of the gold at the time of selling. We do not assume responsibility for any breakage of jewelry after it has been sold.  Al-Syed Gold reserves the right to change this policy as needed to maintain flexibility and adaptability in our business operations.
